Paul, Weiss is advising Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, Canada’s largest single-profession plan with more than $200 billion in net assets, on its agreement with a consortium of investors to make a preferred equity investment in St. Louis-based Tierpoint LLC, a leading provider of cloud, colocation and managed services. The transaction is expected to close mid-April. Paul, Weiss also assisted Ontario Teacher’s Pension Plan in its initial investment in Tierpoint in 2014.
