Nellson Nutraceutical, LLC, a portfolio company of Paul, Weiss client Kohlberg & Company, L.L.C., announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Le Groupe Multibar, Inc., a Canadian manufacturer of snack bar products. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2014 and is subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
