Lennar Acquires Homes and Buildable Sites From Orleans Homes

Lennar Corporation, one of the largest homebuilders in the U.S., announced that it has acquired more than 450 homes and buildable home sites from Paul, Weiss client Orleans Homes. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Paul, Weiss team included corporate partner Jeffrey Marell; real estate partner Peter Fisch; intellectual property partner elect Claudine Meredith-Goujon; employee benefits partner Lawrence Witdorchic; tax partner David Sicular; and environmental counsel William O'Brien.
