IBM and Palo Alto aim to help streamline and transform security operations, stop threats at scale and accelerate incident remediation for their customers with the complete AI-powered approach that is required to address increasingly sophisticated cyber threats. The deal is expected to close by the end of September 2024, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
