Hillman Acquires OOK Brand Products

Paul, Weiss advised The Hillman Group, Inc., a subsidiary of The Hillman Companies, Inc., on its purchase of certain assets of Micasa Trading Corporation, a Miami-based producer of the popular OOK brand of picture hangers and related products. The terms of the transaction, which closed on December 1, were not publicly disclosed.
