On April 2 our client ADP, Inc. (ADP) completed its acquisition of SHPS Human Resource Solutions, Inc. (SHPS HRS). ADP's acquisition of SHPS HRS will enable ADP to continue to enhance its benefits offerings while significantly expanding its capabilities in the areas of absence management and reimbursement solutions, such as Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts and Health Reimbursement Accounts. Terms of the transaction were not publicly disclosed.
