Paul, Weiss Transaction Recognized in The American Lawyer
In the "Big Deals" section of the September issue of The American Lawyer, Paul, Weiss is noted for its representation of Ericsson in connection with Rockstar Bidco, LP's $4.5 billion bid for bankrupt Nortel Networks' portfolio of over 6,000 patents. The biggest names in the tech sector competed aggressively for the assets during an auction held in June, dramatically increasing the portfolio's value.
