Intellectual property and technology transactions associate Shruti Chopra will moderate a panel, “IP Considerations in Asset Sales,” as part of the American Bar Association’s Intellectual Property Law Section Annual Meeting. The panel will focus on the IP considerations in asset sales, including the different structures that can be used for carving out IP assets used by multiple business lines; key areas of due diligence; and the distribution of assets and key negotiation points for purchase agreements, among other topics.
The panel will take place in Washington, D.C., on April 13 at 3 p.m. ET.
