Manuel Frey, Anastasia Peterson and Andrew MacLachlan Write U.S. Chapter in ICLG’s Derivatives 2023 Guide

Corporate partners Manuel Frey and Anastasia Peterson and associate Andrew MacLachlan co-wrote the “USA” chapter of the International Comparative Legal Guide (ICLG) – Derivatives 2023, published by Global Legal Group Ltd., London. This annual publication compares the derivatives laws and regulations of more than 15 countries. Paul, Weiss has written the “USA” chapter of this guide every year since its inaugural edition in 2020.
The 2023 “USA” chapter covers documentation and formalities, credit support, regulatory issues, insolvency/bankruptcy, close-out netting, taxation, bespoke jurisdictional matters and market trends. Restructuring partner Kyle Kimpler and tax partner Brian Grieve assisted the authors with respect to the bankruptcy and tax issues discussed in the chapter.
