Paul, Weiss represented a syndicate of underwriters led by J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., a major investment bank, BNP Paribas Securities Corp. and HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. in Talisman Energy Inc.'s offering of $600 million 5.50% notes due 2042. Talisman Energy, a Canadian oil and gas company, completed the offering on May 18.
