Paul, Weiss client Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ), Canada's second-largest public pension fund, closed its $75 million investment in Azure Power Global Limited, a leader in the Indian solar industry. The investment was made in a concurrent private placement with Azure Power Global's initial public offering. CDPQ now holds a significant minority interest in Azure Power Global.
