The seminars were held in Montreal, Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver on January 30, January 31, February 6 and February 7. Chris, Andrew, Adam and Ted discussed Delaware corporate law, M&A, and SEC and regulatory developments. Susanna discussed navigating the U.S. regulatory and litigation environment. Alice discussed managing U.S. and Canadian cross-border insolvency proceedings.
