Corporate partners Christopher Cummings, Andrew Foley, Adam Givertz and Ted Maynard and litigation partners Susanna Buergel and Roberto Gonzalez participated in Paul, Weiss's annual seminar series, "U.S. Legal Developments Affecting Canadian Companies," for Canadian companies and their underwriters and advisors. The seminars were held in Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver and Calgary on February 7, 8, 14 and 15, respectively. Chris, Andrew, Adam and Ted discussed Delaware corporate law, M&A, and SEC and regulatory developments. Susanna discussed significant securities litigation and enforcement updates.
