Litigation partner Rush Atkinson and counsel David Kessler will participate in a webinar, “Navigating DOJ’s Latest Era of Corporate Enforcement: Whistleblowers and Individual Voluntary Self-Disclosure,” as part of the masterclass webinar series hosted by Global Investigations Review and Lexology. Rush and David will discuss the Justice Department’s new policies aimed at strengthening corporate criminal enforcement, including its first-ever whistleblower program targeting white-collar crime and the first-ever voluntary self-disclosure program. They will examine what these policies reveal about the DOJ’s priorities, as well as their potential impact on corporate internal investigations, compliance programs and self-reporting decision making, among other topics.
