Litigation partner Geoff Chepiga will participate in a roundtable, “SPAC Litigation Trends,” hosted by Expert Webcast. Geoff and co-panelists will discuss structural, disclosure, regulatory and accounting considerations, as well as internal controls and corporate governance issues arising in SPAC transactions.
