Jane O’Brien to Co-Host NYSBA 2022 Securities Litigation Annual Review CLE Program

Litigation partner Jane O’Brien will co-host the New York State Bar Association’s 2022 Securities Litigation Annual Review, a day-long event of networking and educational programming on the most groundbreaking developments in securities litigation.
Jane will lead a series of panels, alongside Morrison Foerster partner Jim Beha, on topics including SPAC litigation, ethical issues in securities litigation, and other significant securities law developments, featuring litigation partner Kannon Shanmugam discussing the Goldman Sachs Supreme Court decision and litigation counsel Daniel Sinnreich participating in a panel addressing the use of confidential witnesses. Jane and Jim are co-chairs of NYSBA’s Commercial and Federal Litigation Section Securities Litigation Committee.
The event will be held on December 14 from 8:15 a.m. to 3 p.m. ET.
