Litigation partner Dan Kramer was recognized as a “Litigation Trailblazer” by The National Law Journal. Dan was recognized for his representation of Merck in a large class action involving the cholesterol drug Vytorin, and his representation of AIG in connection with its 2005 financial restatement and the exit of CEO Hank Greenberg.
