December 13, 2023

Litigation Department Co-Chair Karen Dunn and Corporate Department Chair Scott Barshay published an article on crisis management in the National Association of Corporate Director’s Directorship magazine. In “A Day Late and Many Dollars Short: Start Crisis Management Before the Crisis,” published on December 13, the authors note that planning and preparation are essential for effectively dealing with the variety of enterprise-threatening events a company may face.
