Litigation partner John Carlin’s recent Aspen Institute panel discussion regarding the government’s multifaceted approach to tackling digital threats was featured on the March 27 episode of The Café Insider Podcast. The episode, “Disrupting Digital Threats (Live with John Carlin),” features a recording of the panel, “An ‘All-Tools’ Approach to Disrupting Digital Threats,” which was moderated by John and included Matt Axelrod, assistant secretary for export enforcement at the Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security; Paul Rosen, assistant secretary for investment security at the Treasury Department; and Cynthia Kaiser, deputy assistant director of the FBI’s Cyber Division.
