John Carlin Discusses Election Security Issues at Cyber Initiatives Group’s Fall Virtual Summit

National Security Practice Chair John Carlin participated in a panel, “The Wild Ride to the Presidential Election,” as part of the Cyber Initiatives Group’s Fall Virtual Summit on September 25. The panel discussed election security issues and operational influence by foreign actors. John was joined by Brandon Wales, former executive director at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, Suzanne Spaulding, former undersecretary of Homeland Security for the National Protections and Programs Directorate, and Mark Montgomery, former executive director of the Cyberspace Solarium Commission.

The summit was hosted by Suzanne Kelly, CEO at The Cipher Brief, and Matt Hayden, former undersecretary of Homeland Security for Cyber, Infrastructure, Risk and Resilience Policy.
