Cybersecurity & Data Protection Co-Chair John Carlin will moderate a panel, “Cyber and Corporate Governance: Perspectives from Board Members on Priorities and Expectations,” as part of the American Conference Institute’s annual Cybersecurity Law and Compliance conference. The panel will discuss board member cybersecurity priorities, companies’ communication of cyber concerns with board members, and companies’ interactions with the board in accordance with SEC disclosure rules.
The Cybersecurity Law and Compliance Conference is a practical, comprehensive cybersecurity event for the legal and compliance community.
