In a discussion with more than two dozen government and corporate cybersecurity leaders from the EU and U.S., John spoke about the importance of helping private company victims of cybercrime; strategies for deterrence; and imposing costs on cybercriminal groups and nation states that target the EU and U.S. with destructive cyberattacks, economic espionage and ransomware.
