Litigation partner Craig Benson participated on a panel at the American Bar Association's Antitrust Law 2013 Spring Meeting. The panel, "The FTAIA in the Courts: Consumers Trumping Comity?" explored the practical implications for criminal enforcement, civil exposure and comity principles surrounding the Foreign Trade Antitrust Improvements Act. The Spring Meeting is from April 10-12 in Washington, D.C.
