Description of Program and Relief
Extension for Employers to File Quarterly Wage Reports
Due to COVID-19, the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is extending the due date for filing 1st Quarter 2020 wage reports to May 15, 2020. In addition, due to unprecedented internet traffic, TWC is requesting that businesses do not start filing their 1st Quarter 2020 wage reports until after April 15, 2020.
