Description of Program and Relief
Portal for Manufacturers, Distributors, and Suppliers of Medical Supplies for Sale to Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has established a Critical Medical Supplies Procurement Portal for the state government’s purchase of medical supplies, including personal protective equipment, hospital and lab supplies, and diagnostic supplies and instruments, to aid its response to the COVID-19 pandemic. (The portal is not for use by the public to procure medical supplies.)
Manufacturers, distributors, and other suppliers can complete a form listing supplies available for purchase in order to allow quick and efficient procurement by the Commonwealth. The form does not include pricing information, but provides that payment terms are to be discussed at the time of purchase.
