Lukas Richards is a partner in the Corporate Department and a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group and Private Equity Group. Lukas has diverse experience advising private equity firms, portfolio companies, private companies and public companies in a wide variety of complex business transactions, including leveraged buyouts, dispositions, strategic mergers, take-privates, carve-outs, joint ventures, minority investments and other strategic transactions. Lukas also counsels clients on a variety of corporate governance matters.
