An associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Finance Group, Zain advises private equity clients and their portfolio companies, public and private borrowers and issuers, as well as credit fund and direct lending investors, in a wide range of corporate finance transactions including secured borrowings, leveraged buyouts, portfolio company financings, subscription line facilities and debt restructurings. He also has experience with structured finance transactions, preferred stock investments, corporate governance matters and negotiation and structuring of derivatives transactions.
