An associate in the Executive Compensation Group, Teri Tillman advises on executive compensation considerations in the context of mergers, acquisitions, bankruptcies and other corporate transactions.

Teri advises public companies on executive and director compensation disclosure, including proxy statements and Form 8-K requirements, and related corporate governance issues. She also counsels public companies and private equity funds on day-to-day compensation-related matters, such as the negotiation of employment, termination, consulting, change-in-control, retention, equity, bonus and other similar agreements.

Teri serves on Practical Law’s Innovation Board.
