Bankruptcy counsel Claudia Tobler and associate Lauren Shumejda co-authored an article that examines whether cases under chapter 15 of the Bankruptcy Code align with existing theories of cross-border insolvency, including universalism and territorialism. The article, "Existing Theories of Cross-Border Insolvency: Observations from the US Chapter 15 Experience," was published in International Corporate Rescue.
