Paul, Weiss is representing the ad hoc group of noteholders in connection with the chapter 11 cases of LSC Communications Inc. and 21 affiliates.
LSC, a Chicago-based provider of traditional and digital print products, filed for chapter 11 protection in U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. The debtors announced that they intend to run a dual balance sheet restructuring and marketing process for substantially all of their assets and businesses. LSC, a 2016 spin-off of R.R. Donnelley & Sons, prints magazines, catalogs, directories, books and some direct mail products, and manufactures office products.
