Alice Eaton and Kyle Kimpler to Participate in PLI’s Distressed Debt and Restructurings Program

Restructuring partners Alice Eaton and Kyle Kimpler will participate in the Practising Law Institute’s 2021 program on “Recent Developments in Distressed Debt, Restructurings and Workouts.” The program will cover current issues relating to structuring, drafting and enforcing the rights of creditors and parties to loans, various executory contracts and intercreditor agreements, principally in out-of-court restructurings and exchange offers. As co-chair of the program, Alice will deliver opening remarks and an overview of the program. Kyle’s panel, “Preliminary Restructuring Documentation and The Restructuring Agreement,” will address key types of restructuring documentation and agreements, including forbearance agreements, scope of information requests and prepackaged and prearranged plans, among other topics.
The program will be held virtually on January 28; Alice will speak at 9 a.m. and Kyle will speak at 11:30 a.m.
