Financial Times Names Paul, Weiss as Leading Innovative Law Firm

In its third annual US Innovative Lawyers report, the Financial Times has identified Paul, Weiss as one of the top 10 most innovative law firms in the United States. The FT also recognized firm chair Brad Karp as one of its "top 10 agents for change," noting his "success as a practitioner has been replicated in his stewardship of the firm."
Notably, the FT highlighted four matters, representing a range of the firm's practice areas, as innovative:
- Representing Ericsson in its structuring of a consortium to purchase Nortel's patent portfolio
