Oak Hill Closes $1.35 Billion European Credit Fund
As reported in DowJones Financial News, PRNewswire and MarketWatch, long-time Paul, Weiss client Oak Hill Advisors, L.P., an independent investment firm specializing in leveraged loans, high yield bonds, structured products, distressed securities and turnaround investments, held the final close for its OHA European Strategic Credit Fund, bringing in $1.35 billion of investor commitments, in excess of the fund's initial $750 million target. The fund focuses on distressed credit investments, primarily in Western Europe, and closed on July 16.
