Corporate partners Ted Ackerman, Victoria Forrester, Conrad van Loggerenberg and Lindsey Wiersma and litigation partner Gregory Laufer gave a presentation, “Hindsight is 2020,” to the New York City Bar Association’s Private Investment Funds Committee on the current state of the private funds industry and lessons learned in 2020. They discussed developments in fundraising, legislation and regulation, litigation and M&A.
