Amran Hussein to Participate in PLI’s Annual Private Equity Forum

Corporate partner Amran Hussein will speak at the Practising Law Institute’s 20th Annual Private Equity Forum. Amran’s panel, “Private Equity Fund Terms and Structures: Hot Button Issues,” will discuss negotiated fiduciary duty provisions, expense allocation for service providers, co-investments and internal rate of return (IRR) calculations. The event will take place from July 15 – 16 in New York City.
