Paul, Weiss is advising Warburg Pincus on the financing for its approximately $350 million investment, with participation from Accel, in CData Software, the leading provider of data connectivity solutions. The funding round will allow CData to accelerate its investments in building innovative data integration solutions for customers.
The Paul, Weiss team is led by corporate partners Eric Wedel, Ben Steadman and Caroline Epstein, and includes tax partner Robert Holo and counsel Samir Kurani; and intellectual property partner Jonathan Ashtor.
