Dana Holding Corporation Closes Debt Refinancing
Paul, Weiss client Dana Holding Corporation completed the refinancing of a $500 million revolving credit facility with a five-year maturity on February 24. Citicorp USA, Inc. acted as administrative agent and collateral agent; Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. and Wells Fargo Capital Finance, LLC acted as joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners; and Bank of America, N.A. and Barclays Bank PLC acted as documentation agents in the refinancing.
