CEME S.p.A. Completes Notes Offering, Entry Into Revolving Credit Facility

Paul, Weiss advised Investindustrial and its portfolio company CEME S.p.A., a leading Italy-based manufacturer of solenoid pumps and valves, on the U.S. and English law aspects of CEME’s debut issuance of €360 million of senior secured floating-rate high yield notes, as well as its entry into a new €67.5 million revolving credit facility. The notes were issued pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act and listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange's Euro MTF market.
