David Huntington Quoted in Corporate Secretary on Dodd-Frank Act
Corporate partner David Huntington was quoted in the article "Financial Reform: Picking Up the Bill," which appeared in the August issue of Corporate Secretary. The article discusses corporate governance provisions of the Dodd-Frank Act.
David notes that shareholder communication is "the general theme that runs through most of these provisions... Companies are going to have to be able to articulate business plans, compensation structures, long-term goals, director nominees and the like to their investors in a clear and comprehensible fashion."
