Brad Karp Recognized by Directorship Magazine as one of the 100 Most Influential People in Corporate Governance and the Boardroom
Firm chair Brad Karp is recognized as one of the most influential people in corporate governance and the boardroom by Directorship magazine. Now in its fourth year, the Directorship 100 list recognizes individuals who exert the most profound influence on the boardroom agenda.
The magazine notes that Brad has achieved national prominence as both a litigator in bet-the-company litigations and regulatory matters, and as a corporate advisor, citing his work as lead counsel for Citigroup in numerous matters. The NACD Directorship surveyed 15,000 public company directors and executives to arrive at the final 2010 Directorship 100 honorees.
This is the second year in a row that a partner from Paul, Weiss has been recognized in the Directorship 100. Dan Kramer was included in the publication's 2009 list.
