KKR Launches Digital Marketing Company in China

Paul, Weiss represented KKR in its investment in and launch of Cue & Co., a one-stop digital marketing company primarily aimed at the Chinese market. KKR combined four leading Chinese digital media companies, including Qixin, AnG, WIN and Wina Tech, to form Cue & Co., creating a multi-brand company with wide-ranging digital marketing capabilities. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Paul, Weiss team included corporate partners Judie Ng Shortell and Jack Lange.
