Corporate counsel Hans-Günther Herrmann gave a seminar to the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Hong Kong on China’s regime for foreign investments. In the seminar, “New Developments in China’s Foreign Investment Regime,” Hans-Günther discussed China’s roll-out of the “negative list” approach, relaxed requirements for selected industries, simplified M&A approval procedures and stricter scrutiny of outbound investments. The event took place on September 25 in Hong Kong.
