Corporate counsel Hans-Günther Herrmann gave a seminar to the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Hong Kong on recent trends and developments in China's Foreign Direct Investment and Foreign Invested Enterprises reforms. The seminar, titled "Foreign investment law in China," discussed China's new filing regime for foreign investment, the transition and changes to the filing regime, the impact on M&A and investors, and future trends of foreign investment and regulation in China. The event took place on December 5 in Hong Kong.
