Three Paul, Weiss transactions have been named 2020 “Deals of the Year” by the China Business Law Journal. The firm was recognized for its representation of Aspex Master Fund as the lead investor in a Series C+ financing round in XPeng Inc., a leading electric vehicle and technology company with operations in the U.S. and the PRC; its representation of General Atlantic LLC as lead member of an investor consortium, in its acquisition of 58.com, China's largest online classifieds marketplace; and its representation of an international private equity investor in a G round financing of Yuanfudao, a leading education technology company valued at US$15.5 billion.
