Paul, Weiss is shortlisted in three categories in Law.com International’s 2022 Asia Legal Awards. The firm is shortlisted for “TMT Deal of the Year” for its role advising in the $5.6 billion privatization of 51job, Inc. The firm is also a contender in the “M&A Firm of the Year (Medium-sized deal under $500M)” and “Asian Diversity Initiative of the Year” categories.
