Paul, Weiss was shortlisted for "M&A Deal of the Year" for our involvement in Microsoft's acquisition of Nokia's Devices Service Business and our work on Tencent and JD.com's investment in Bitauto. Paul, Weiss was also shortlisted for "Technology, Media and Telecommunications Law Firm of the Year."
