Litigation partner Alexia Korberg will discuss Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, a constitutional challenge to Mississippi’s abortion ban currently before the Supreme Court, in an event hosted by the UJA-Federation New York. In “Setting the Bar With Alexia Korberg and Hillary Schneller,” Alexia and co-counsel Hillary Schneller of the Center for Reproductive Rights will discuss leading the case on behalf of Jackson Women’s Health and will examine what the outcome will mean for Americans’ right to make reproductive decisions.
