ation partner Brad Karp and associate Chris Giampapa wrote an article, "Supreme Court to Decide PSLRA Pleading Standard," which was featured in the April 16 New York Law Journal. The article concerns the pending U.S. Supreme Court decision in Tellabs Inc. v. Makor Issues & Rights Ltd., that will resolve what facts a plaintiff must allege to establish a "strong inference" of scienter under the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act (PSLRA), as well as the Seventh Amendment issues that were the focus of oral argument before the court.
