Brad Karp Named to Directorship Magazine's List of 100 Most Influential People in Corporate Governance and the Boardroom
For the second year in a row, firm Chairman Brad S. Karp has been recognized as one of the most influential people in corporate governance by the National Association of Corporate Directors' (NACD) magazine, Directorship. The magazine notes that Brad has achieved national prominence as a corporate advisor and litigator defending financial institutions and other companies in bet-the-company litigations and regulatory matters, as well as serving as a trustee for many organizations including the Legal Action Center and The Partnership for New York City. The NACD chose honorees based on quantitative results from an online survey of NACD members, search engine rankings, and qualitative measures including peer input from NACD chapters, expert review and major media references.
This is the third year in a row that a partner from Paul, Weiss has been recognized in the Directorship 100. Dan Kramer was included in the publication's 2009 list.
