Paul, Weiss Partners to Speak at NYCBA Securities Litigation & Enforcement Institute

Four Paul, Weiss litigation partners will participate in the New York City Bar Association’s Securities Litigation & Enforcement Institute 2023 webcast. Firm Chairman Brad Karp will co-chair the program and moderate two panels: “Securities Litigation Trends” and “Securities Litigation”; Loretta Lynch will deliver the keynote address on the risks to the Rule of Law in today’s environment; Audra Soloway will speak, alongside Brad, on “Securities Litigation,” which will cover recent important cases and the latest filing trends; and Katherine Forrest will participate in “Diversity in Legal Departments and Influence on Outside Counsel Selections,” which will cover diversity in senior administrative roles in law firms and the influence legal departments are having on the staffing of litigation by outside law firms.
The full-day virtual program will take place on February 8 and provide a comprehensive overview of recent trends, developments and cutting-edge issues in securities litigation, Delaware law, SEC regulation and enforcement, and ESG.
